Citric Acid is a naturally occurring fruit acid and can appear as white or colourless granules, or crystal grains. It is odourless with a strong acidic flavour.

Both Citric Acid Anhydrous and Citric acid Monohydrate are used in many industries from food and cosmetic to industrial and is the most commonly used acidulate due to its versatility: It can provide pharmaceutical solubility, chelate Metal and act as a de-scaler.  It can also be used in the manufacturing of detergents and cosmetic and personal care products.
