Anticaking agents

Caking is where a product, often of hygroscopic nature, forms lumps or cakes when in contact with moisture. Some anticaking agents function by absorbing excess moisture or by coating particles and making them water-repellent. Anticaking agents are used in table salts, dried milk, egg mixes, sugar products, flours, spices and seasonings. Anticaking agents are also used in non-food items such as industrial salt, fertilisers, cosmetics, synthetic detergents, and in other applications.

In addition to offering Aerosil 200 and Sipernat 22S, which can be used as an anti-caking agents, we can also supply Tri Calcium Phosphate along with stearates and silicates.
